OUR METHODOLOGY

SSS-AUS provides an integrated, reliable methodology that ensures consistency and accountability are delivered within a defined optimum project budget.

The focus throughout the delivery process is on representing our Clients’ best interests.

SSS-AUS’s extensive project management platform is used consistently across our projects and is represented by the 5-step methodology below.

The methodology is designed to give every project manager the tools required to deliver and to ensure that only the appropriate resources are used based on the specifics of the project. Through our 5-step approach, we identify, assess and manage project risks.

TENDER APPLICATION SUBMITTED

  • Scope up the project in collaboration with the client team.
  • Consultation process which incorporates all requirements
  • Submission of a detailed fee proposal with all listed inclusions

PLANNING

  • QSE Submissions (Insurances, WHS Plan & Policy, High Risk Work Method Statements)
  • Procure external consultants if required
  • Scaffold plan drawings and engineering details approved
  • Thorough Risk Management checklists

SCAFFOLD START ON SITE

  • Dedicated Scaffold Supervisor assigned to the project
  • Scaffold base out commences
  • Stretcher & Access Stair locations
  • Ensure Scaffold gives complete edge protection
  • Handover certificates issued upon completion of every top-up
  • Qualified and competent Scaffolders, Leading Hands and Scaffold Supervisor guiding the site works

REGULAR CHECKS AND MAINTENANCE

  • Safety inspections and scaffold tags updated every 28 days
  • Hop-up adjustments
  • Tie relocation’s
  • General house keeping

PROJECT FINISH AND DISMANTLE

  • Removal of sundry items such as chain wire and shade cloth
  • Ensure no damage occurs to the structure
  • Commence dismantle of scaffold
  • Scaffold dismantled and removed from site
